| Ceremony was held at the American Martyrs Catholic Church Reception was at Fort McCarthur in San Pedro The location for this wedding was spectacular! The Church was truly breathtaking and the reception venue is actually the best kept secret for Southern California weddings. Fort McCarthur is an actual military base, however they do allow civilians to rent out their facilities for weddings. It has a fantastic view of the ocean from the reception hall and gorgeous landscaping for photos. They offer an indoor lounge for the cocktail hour which opens up to a wonderful patio overlooking the lush grounds and the ocean. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an affordable yet unique and beautiful location. Crystal and Russ had an amazing wedding and they were an amazing couple.
