Princess for a Day Package: This package is designed for the bride and groom who have taken care of all the planning themselves and would like to be wedding day.

prior to the wedding.

- Assisting in ceremony and reception
site set-up.
- Distribute final payments and gratuities
to all vendors.
- Continuous communication with all
vendors on wedding day to make sure
everything goes smoothly.
- Emergency Bridal kit.
- Personalized timeline for the wedding
day given to the Bride, Groom, vendors
and wedding party.
- Liaison for the bridal party, vendors,
family and guests throughout the
wedding day.
- Responsibilities distributed to wedding
party.
- Coordinate flow of ceremony and
reception.
- Greet and instruct guests.
- Assist DJ in cuing bridal party and
family for all events (cake cutting,
bouquet tosses, dances etc….).
- Assist guests needs throughout the
wedding day and taking care of any
problems that may occur.
- Make sure bride and groom do not see
each other before the wedding.
- Make sure the marriage license is
signed and given to the officiant.
- Coordinate all vendors breaks and
meals.
- Collect all personal items and gifts
after wedding and assist in returning
them to on-site hotel room or other
designate area.
- Supervise break-down and clean up
after the reception.

Happily Ever After Package: This package is for the bride and groom who would like assistance with all of the wedding planning. This package includes everything in the "Princess for a Day" package in addition to:

- Research, find and book ceremony and
reception venues.
- Assist in ceremony and reception site
set-up and floor plan design.
- Assist in invitation selection and
wording.
- Assist bride in finding the perfect gown
and bridesmaids gowns.
- Vendor referrals and assistance with
vendor selection and coordination
(attend initial vendor meetings).
- Bargaining with vendors to get lowest
price.
- Etiquette advice.
- Budget management including tracking
of all payments and due dates.
- Guest List Management.
- Review vendor contracts.
- Monthly Bridal to-do list.
- Assist in music selection.
- Coordinate and track RSVPs and meal
selections.
- Assist in choosing and attaining guest
