Napoli Culinary Academy this month as my favorite caterer. Every time one of my brides asks me for a referral to a caterer in Sacramento, I always send them to Napoli Culinary Academy. I have worked with many catering companies both in the Sacramento and Los Angeles areas and have never had the fantastic experience I always have with Napoli.

First of all, Hassi, the owner and director of Napoli is a pure joy to work events with. He sits down with my clients, listens to their wedding needs and budget, and puts together a gourmet feast for their event that makes a dinner at the White House look like a night of leftovers.

He then schedules a tasting for the bride and groom (and wedding coordinator). At this tasting, he makes your head spin and your taste buds tingle in ecstasy with the creations he and his staff present.

The final test, being the wedding day, I hear nothing but "ooohs" and "aaahs" from the guests during dinner as Napoli's white-gloved service puts the final touches to your unforgettable wedding day feast.
